We have ongoing project to assess the independent prognostic value of sST2 in chronic heart failure. The main task of the project is to make possible correlations between cardiovascular complications (Cardiovascular deaths, rehospitalization due to acute heart failure and etc.) and sST2 plasma concentration, prognostic value of sST2
level’s and echocardiographic and ECG determinants in chronic heart failure patients.
We were interested in whether we can evaluate the effectiveness of those markers or develop a personalization model and develop individual treatment tactics. All biomarkers, which we are going to measure, are confirmed or suspected
into the European guidelines. We plan to examine prognostic value of biomarkers for use in chronic patients ,choose best one and implement in clinical practice.
